During this intensive training there is a non-stop sailing from Amsterdam to London. This involves tidal currents, freight traffic and sailing in the dark.
Leadership skills are put to the test during this exciting journey. We train intensively on your personal growth goals. As a bonus, you will also learn to sail and navigate as a pro.
In London you will spend the night in the iconic St. Katharine Docks Marina which is located right next to the Tower Bridge in the heart of London. After one night of rest we sail back to mainland Europe.
The duration of the training depends entirely on the weather.
It is estimated that the return journey together, including overnight stay in London, will take approximately five days.
